Her LinkedIn strategy generated millions in revenue

It's no secret that we went all-in on YouTube, like we all go all-in when it's happy hour at our favorite bar.

The goal is to deliver actionable videos and feature proven experts. Share advice you can instantly apply to boost your outbound revenue (or at least die trying).

We brought Nadja, a proven sales leader and ex-Head of Sales @lemlist, where she helped scale revenue from $1M to $10M ARR in just 2 years. She also consulted 74 companies on GTM and outbound motions. 🤯

She was telling us about how her LinkedIn lead generation strategy that:

  • Generated thousands of leads

  • Generated 5 million in attributed revenue

  • … in 4 years

Naturally, we asked her: "Do you want to share your secret recipe with our users? Show us how you did it exactly."

This lead-scoring system doubled our conversions

We all know that inbound-led outbound is magical. You're working with warm leads who have already shown interest in your brand. All you have to do is optimize your campaigns to turn engagement into revenue.

It's not always as easy as it sounds, but it's soooo worth it.

Picture this: Ilija, our CRO, was wrestling with some inbound-led puzzles last year. One fateful day, after what felt like the 47th Zoom call on the subject, he stepped out for what we like to call a "strategic oxygen intake session" (aka a smoke break). That's when he had the eureka moment that led to this flow:

  1. Qualify every free trial signup

  2. Segment it across user tiers

  3. Push Tier 1 & 2 signups into Customer Success campaigns (human-led onboarding)

  4. Push Tier 3 signups into Marketing campaigns (self-serve onboarding)

Long story short, this later became one of the key factors that helped boost our conversion rate from free trial to paid to 20%+. For comparison purposes, we started at 10%.
