new features, new integration šŸŽŠ

And so, my fellow LinkedIn operators… a new edition of "The Outbound Alchemist" is here. This time, I'm bringing some "nitro" boosts for your outbound motions.

Here's what I got for you today:

  • New integration that allows you to capture intent signals in real time

  • Improved exclusion filters you can trust

Let's dig in! ā›

Factors.ai <> HeyReach integration is live šŸŽŠ

If you think about it, there are two big reasons why a lot of LinkedIn outreach campaigns fall flat:

  • Reaching out to the wrong people (aka non-qualified leads if we wanna keep it professional)

  • Sending generic messages that lack personalization (you know, stuff that makes vanilla ice cream look exotic)

Another factor to consider that’s a little bit hard to figure out sometimes is the timing of your outreach.

This is where intent signals come in.

Imagine if you can:

  • Know when prospects are checking out your product category or competitors on G2

  • See who’s consuming your content about specific topics in real-time

As a result, you get qualified leads with relevant pain points, a clear direction for tailoring your messages, and perfect timing.

Like where this is going? So do I. 🤯

That’s what makes the new Factors.ai <> HeyReach integration the bomb šŸ’£

Give intent signals a shot. You’ll unlock endless opportunities to scale your LinkedIn outbound operation.

Add tools like Clay, HubSpot, or any other in the mix, and things can go really crazy.

āš ļø Mind the ā€œsell-at-all-costā€ mindset. Meaning, ruining a good intent signal with aggressive messages. Start a real conversation first and be as genuine as you possibly can.

Two small new features, one giant leap for your peace of mind šŸ’™

Let’s face it, this has frustrated many of you good-looking HeyReach users for a while.

You wanted 100% bullet-proof exclusion filters that help you remove unwanted leads from your campaigns.

Well, guess what? We fixed it.

Here's what you can do now:

  • Exclude leads contacted from other HeyReach campaigns

  • Exclude leads messaged by other senders

  • Exclude leads contacted by the same sender from other HeyReach campaigns

And yes, exclusion filters work seamlessly with your favorite tools - Clay, RB2B, Trigify, and API.

There’s also a new ā€œExcludedā€ filter in Lead Analytics, allowing you to identify leads that were removed from your campaigns.

The UI got a makeover too.

For starters, we tweaked the campaign stats. It’s now easier to see your campaign progress, lead status, senders in rotation, etc. Here’s how it looks:

Honestly, even Lawrence of Arabia would say that he likes it more now because it’s clean. (yes, I watched this classic movie šŸ˜‡)

Overall, we wanted to make the process of creating and analyzing campaigns smoother. Fewer clicks, no pointless scrolling.

A big shout-out to our relentless devs. Btw, they’re cooking up more new features that are AWESOME… you’ll see yourself real soon.

That’s all for today.

Happy hunting,

Nick, CEO @HeyReach
